signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
         SENATE BILL NO. 387 am "An Act authorizing the                                             
         making of certain commercial fishing loans to                                              
         eligible community quota entities for the purchase of                                      
         certain fishing quota shares; and providing for an
